SHIPPING AND RETURNS

To err is human. We sometimes understand the Purchase made by us may not be in the correct size, in such cases, we will give you an exchange for that piece in a different size or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered yo may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 2-5 days from the date on which dates are delivered. Once received, the customer care team at VIRAGO Label would study the need for return or exchange, and based on their decision the exchange will be facilitated.

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail.

  • You must inform us by email within 5 business days of receiving the parcel at designvirago@gmail.com. If we are not informed within 5 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
  • Please await a confirmation mail from our end before initiating the return

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, include your completed invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.

Please remember

  • We do not return or exchange discounted orders.
  • since we make each product upon order, we do not do returns and refunds. 
  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable
  • Please check the size chart before ordering, we will exchange one size up or down but not 2-3 sizes up or down. if you exchange 2-3 sizes up or down then the sending charges will have to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
