Once the order is placed, our production team will make your outfits to order. Clothing ships within 1-3 working days. We put a lot of love and care to make your order just for you. There is no monetary refund as we make each piece upon confirmation and with a lot of love. However we exchange multiple times. We will exchange sizes and styles. We will even exchange with custom piece. All exchanges are free of charge.
